It was great to be back in the Band room on Thursday evening. Some members missing, but new music out. Some new players particularly Cornet players needed.

We have played our last set of Christmas Carols for 2025. We played outside the Coop on Town Green then went on too Aldi's on Broich Rd and finished at The Steading.
We wish to thank these stores for there support and of course the local people of Crieff and Strathearn who have supported us over the past year. WE WISH YOU ALL A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A GOOD NEW YEAR and look forward to entertaining you during 2026.

Saturday 13th December 2025, saw the band have a great night as they took part with Crieff Choral Group at their concert in Comrie. It was a full house and the band are very grateful to choir and audience for there support.
The Band are very grateful to the people of Strathearn who voted for them in PKC's Fairer Communities for All event. We received the certificate below and a grant of £3000.
The band had an enjoyable day on Saturday 30th November. They entertained the shoppers at Crieff@Christmas Market.
We would like to congratulate one of our ex-players Clare Letham on her win of the Paul Doran Memorial Award for best Principal Cornet at the Scottish Challenge on Saturday 22nd November 2025
Remembrance Saturday 8th November saw us play in James Square Crieff at the Legion Scotland Garden of Remembrance the on Sunday 9th November Steve Carter our Principal Cornet played Last Post and Reveille at the War Memorial.
Sunday 3rd August saw as our yearly visit to Drummond Castle Gardens for there Charity Open Day. This years charity was British Limbless Ex Servicemen Association (BLESMA). The weather was fantastic and the crowds were of a good number. Two of our players were delighted to win prizes on the raffle, so a good day for all.

Thursday 12th June saw us perform in the Bandstand at MacRosty Park, Crieff. We had a good sized crowd to hear us and for the first time the Development Band played as well.
We managed to perform at Little Dunning Fete on Saturday 7th June. The weather held out until our last number so no wet band members. The crowds were down a bit but those that were there had an enjoyable day.

What a great afternoon we had yesterday 31st May. Our concert with great music and lovely cakes went down a treat with a very appreciated audience.
80th Anniversary Celebration at MacRosty Park!
Last night, one of our band members, Stephen Carter, had the privilege of performing at the 80th Anniversary Celebration in MacRosty Park, Crieff. We’re incredibly proud to be part of such a wonderful community event, sharing the joy of brass music!

Foodbank Campaign
It's always great to give a little back to the community!
Brass Central Strathearn, your community brass band, had the pleasure of supporting Scottish Brass Band Association’s February Foodbank
Campaign. Band members gathered a variety of items throughout the month, which we’ll be
donating to local foodbanks around Strathearn. It's a cause we’re proud to support!
